The following text is an interview extract in which the great mind behind all of our technology, doc. Brown, explains his work in a way that can be understood by all

- "The time machine I designed is a DeLorean, a car, which provided the perfect foundation for temporal engineering. Why you may ask, I'll get back to it. But in short the design required speed to work.

Central to the system is the flex capcitor. The device establishes a stable corridor through which the vehicle may transition between temporal coordinates.

The Dolorean has a stainless steel body which maintains structural and biological integrity during displacement. Activation occurs when the vehicle reaches 88 miles an hour, the threshold at which time can be bent and the programed temporal data is achieved."
